Leadership

Jody and Lori bring many years of experience to Victory as worship leaders, pastors, and missionaries. Having grown up at Victory, Jody certainly has the heart of the church, and is aware of the demands of Victory and uniquely equipped to meet them.

Brady joined the Victory staff in 2003, after many years as a volunteer on the youth staff. He is a graduate of McNeese State University with a degree in Mass Communications. He is a passionate speaker and loves developing leaders. 

Felix leads our youth ministries. He has several years of ministry experience through Camp leadership and Moody Bible Institute. His heart is to help bridge the generations. 

Jess is the son of Pastors Jody and Lori and has grown up at Victory under his family's ministerial leadership. Experiencing a life of ministry and missions from a young age has led him to serving in many different areas of the Church Body and into further ministerial training at Bethel's School of Supernatural Ministry. Jess is passionate about people and helping others discover the greatness in them and calling God has for them.

Nekoda oversees our creative, production, and worship departments. He has a passion  to see people freshly encounter Jesus through worship and creativity. He has many years of experience in the creative arts world of the church.
